Our goal is to hire part-time Educational Assistants who desire to move beyond traditional constraints to build a school culture focused on the "whole person.” We are looking for assistants with strong math, reading, and writing skills who can work with students 1:1 and in small groups under the direction of the Lead Teacher. Additional responsibilities include supervision during recess and extracurricular activities, personal care assistance, and lifting/movement of students with physical disabilities. Background check and CPR/First Aid certification are required as part of the hiring process.

• Student Body: 8-12 neurodiverse students (Grades K-8)

• Support: Low student-to-staff ratios with dedicated assistants and volunteers

• Schedule: August 17– June 4, 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM M - F (varied shifts)

• Compensation: $20.00 hourly
